We need YOU!

If you can say YES to all of the following…………….

• I have an opinion on the service offered by Eastham Group Practice
• I want to share this with the surgery to enable them to improve even more
• I feel my views could be representative of a group of people
• I am willing to spare 1 hour each month on a Wednesday 6-7 to attend a meeting

Then we would be really interested in hearing from you.

This Group meet with a GP Partner and the practice manager monthly, (in the practice meeting room upstairs) 1st Wednesday evening of the month at 6pm PROMPT (surgery doors close at 6pm).

The Forum is the collective patients voice which the Practice listens to, as evidenced by a number of recent changes by the Practice which have been in direct response to feedback from the Patients Forum.

In an effort to ensure the forum’s composition is representative of the views of the Practices Patients we would be particularly interested in hearing from Patients in full or part time employment, working Mum’s or Dads with school age children and young adults. Dear Patient,

We would like to know how we can improve our service to you and how you perceive our surgery and staff. 

To help us with this, we are setting up a virtual patient representation group so that you can have your say. We will ask the members of this representative group some questions from time to time, such as what you think about our opening times or the quality of the care or service you received. We will contact you via email and keep our surveys succinct so it shouldn’t take too much of your time.

We aim to gather around a hundred patients from as broad a spectrum as possible to get a truly representative sample. We need young people, workers, retirees, people with long term conditions and people from non-British ethnic groups.
