Patients Forum's Speedy Survey October 2011

A big THANK YOU to all those patients who have invested their time in completing either our on-line or in-waiting room "Speedy Survey"

We have now had over 800 patients complete a survey form.

The responses are now being anlaysed and will be discussed by the Patients Forum with the Practice's Management team in the coming weeks, to identify potential opportunities for improvement.

The results will also be published on this website

Thanks again for sharing with us your thoughts on the Practice

If you can say YES to all of the following…………….

  • I have an opinion on the service offered by Eastham Group practice
  • I want to share this with the surgery to enable them to improve even more
  • I feel my views could be representative of a group of people
  • I am willing to spare 1 hour each month on a Wednesday 6-7 to attend a meeting

Then we would be really interested in hearing from you. Click here for more details.
